Due to a database issue, Some users erroneously received an email overnight asking them to active their accounts

Due to a database issue overnight, some users received an email from the myAccount tool asking them to "Active their Account". This message was sent erroneously and may be deleted. No action is required by these users. If you have questions or concerns, please contact you campus Help Desk https://www.usnh.edu/it/need-it-help.

Banner/Colleague Student Self-Service PSU - myPlymouth and other Oracle based Services are down

MyPlymouth (PSU portal) and other Oracle based services are down his morning due to a database issue. This includes Banner Student Self service and perhaps Banner Admin Pages. The team is investigating the scope of the outage at this time and will provide updates here as more information become available.

  • Service was restored at 9:35 this morning. All PSU based oracle service functioning as expected.
