Teams service degradation
Teams has been experiencing a service degradation issue this morning with chat messages sometimes not sending. Microsoft is aware of the problem and has it posted on their Health Dashboard, and our team is monitoring it. This is a world-wide issue.
Microsoft has monitored the environment and confirmed that the service is performing as expected. If a user is still experiencing impact, they need to restart their clients to recover.
Current status: Microsoft has identified the root cause as a recent configuration change. They've reverted the change and are seeing signs of recovery. Users still experiencing impact are encouraged to restart their client to expedite recovery.

Banner FinanceBanner HR/Finance – issues using Chrome browser
Some users report issues accessing Banner Finance and Banner HR using the Chrome web browser. The vendor is aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
The workaround is to use either the Firefox or Edge web browser instead.

KronosUKG Kronos is currently experiencing a system wide outage.
UKG Kronos is currently experiencing a system wide outage. Kronos Global Support has been notified and they are investigating.

Microsoft 365Some users are reporting errors when attempting to create new files in Office 365 Online
M365 is currently experiencing a residual issue after the recent Tenant Rename that impacts the ability to create new Office Documents from Office.com (web). The issue is under investigation.
Issue attributed to a caching problem with M365, Microsoft is implementing a fix and services are being restored.
