Kronos Kronos slowness

Some users have reported extreme slowness with Kronos. Kronos is working to fix the issue. UNH system administrators are monitoring the situation.

Kronos is back up and abnormal latency should be resolved.

If users experience any excessive latency, please report the problem by submitting a "USNH Time & Leave Reporting Support Request" here - https://td.unh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/Requests/ServiceCatalog?CategoryID=98

Until this issue is resolved, people using Kronos should

Be patient – after logging in, it will load eventually, but it can take a long time.
If Punching In or Out, be sure to wait for the confirmation on the screen or in the app that the punch happened. You should see the message about the latest punch having happened at the time you just punched. If you exit too soon, the Punch may not “take”
