Kronos - Intermittent Issues
Some users are experiencing performance and access issues with Kronos Workforce Dimensions. These issues seem to be intermittent and may or may not cause any issues for you personally. Specifically, users are being logged out prematurely and experiencing delays in loading time. Occasionally, there are unusual error messages.
Kronos is working to resolve the issue.
Kronos appears to be back up and running at this time, and we have been informed that the issue has been resolved.
Kronos has informed us that they have identified the issue and are actively working to restore access. We do not currently have an ETA to access restoration, but we will continue to provide updates as they are received.
