It appears USNH instances of Zoom are having an issue with recordings migrating to Kaltura. We are investigating this issue and have opened support tickets with both Zoom and Kaltura. Once I have more information on the issue and it’s scope, I will circle back. A work around to immediately move a video from Zoom to Kaltura can be found in this KB article -
