The issue with Xtender PROD B-S-ADMN has been fixed and documents can now be added to B-S-ADMN again. Thank you for your patience as the admins worked to resolve this problem.
Please note that the admins had to use the backup from May 22 to fix the problem. This means that if you added documents into B-S-ADMN after 5:00 PM on May 22, you will need to add them into Xtender B-S-ADMN again. And just a reminder – this issue only affected B-S-ADMN. The other applications (file cabinets) in Xtender PROD were not affected and you do not need to redo any of your work in those applications.
