Zoom Zoom is down for users at GSC, KSC, PSU and UNH

Zoom as a service is down at this time. This is impacting users at all 4 institutions - GSC, KSC, PSU and UNH. System Administrators are working with Zoom to restore service as quickly as possible.

  • Zoom service has been restored for all 4 institutions. The problem has been determined to be on the Zoom side of this hosted application. Our ET&S Application admin team is working with Zoom.us to understand root cause.

    The Premise High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster is currently offline due to storage issues. Service is expected to remain offline during this weekend. Partial or full service is estimated to return at the start of the week of 9/12. Updates will be distributed via the Premise mailing list as new information is available.

  • The Premise HPC cluster is back online. All services in this area are operational.
