Planned Maintenance on Tableau Servers - Thursday evening, December 7th

The Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Team will be performing maintenance on the Tableau servers on Thursday, December 7th , commencing at 5:00 p.m. We expect the Tableau production server will be down for approximately two hours (5PM – 7PM).

Planned Maintenance: UNH/GSC Banner Student Upgrade Monday Dec 11th

UNH?GSC BANNER Student, Workflow for Student, Xtender for Student and Degree Works will be unavailable on Monday, December 11th from 4:00am – 7am for a planned Banner upgrade.

The Premise High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster is currently offline due to storage issues.

The Premise High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster is currently offline due to storage issues. Service is expected to remain offline during this weekend. Partial or full service is estimated to return at the start of the week of 9/12. Updates will be distributed via the Premise mailing list as new information is available.

  • The Premise HPC cluster is back online. All services in this area are operational.

    Wireless network Plymouth State: WIFI Issues has been detected in some PSU Residence Halls

    UPDATE 9:35 am: Issue is believed to be related to the wireless access points and their authentication to the Network management system - at this time there has NOT been any user impact. Team is still searching for Root cause.

    At 8:46am the PSU WIFI Network started experiencing connectivity and partial campus outages. The Networking team is activity working to investigate the issue and restore service.

  • The Wifi Issue at PSU was RESOLVED just before 10 am this morning. The issue was detected by our network engineers but there was no impact to the campus or to our users.
