Some users have reported issues accessing or Editing M365 docs located in the cloud. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is working to fix the issue. ET&S M365 system administrators are monitoring the situation.

Kaltura Outage - cloud service

PSU/GSC Kaltura services are currently unavailable when accessed through Canvas (My Media/Media Gallery). Users are seeing a ‘failed to authenticate’ message. The vendor has been notified and is working on a solution.

Telephone Services Telephone Services: Campus users are being prompted to dial 603 when calling off campus to NH numbers.

Users dialing an off-campus NH number from their campus phones are receiving a message to "please dial using 603" whether they included the 603-area code in their dialing or not. If you receive this recording stay on the line and your call will go through. ET&S is working with our telephone carrier to correct this behavior and allow all phone calls to go through as dialed. As a reminder, 10 digit dialing will be required on October 24.
