UNH Wireless Service Degraded.

UNH wireless network is currently experiencing intermittent issues in some areas. Connections may drop and impact user ability to participate in Zoom meetings or access online resources. Engineers are working on a resolution

  • UNH wireless network has been restored to full service. A workaround has been put in place to address the network issues and engineers will be continuing to monitor performance.

    Printing Some users reporting trouble with network printing services

    Some users are unable to print as they return to campus. This is impacting all campuses. Faculty and staff should contact their local Help Desk to get connected to a printer.

    08/25/2021 - ET&S Service Disruption Update: Most Services Restored

    As of 1:09 PM the data center power in Durham has been fully restored and most IT services and applications including all campus websites (UNH.edu, GSC.edu, Plymouth.edu), Banner Student, Banner Self Service (WebCat/WebRock) Banner HR, Banner Finance, Canvas, WebI, Microsoft365, and Box has been restored. Additional services and applications are in process of being validated and full restoration is expected by end of day.

    08/25/2021 Noon update: Power Outage in the UNH Data Center

    As of Noon, primary power in the main data center at the Durham campus has been restored.

    Access to most major applications and services have been restored and we are working to restore access to additional systems and services. Work continues on Banner Student and its associated apps (Xtender, Workflow and Clean address), Banner Self- Service (WebCat, WebRock), and WEBI

    8/25/2021 Power Outage in UNH Data Center - ETS Services impacted

    At 6:30 am, ET&S experienced a power outage in the main data center at the Durham campus. This impacted access to many IT services and applications.

    An ETA for complete restoration is unknown, but at this time applications and systems are coming back on line as power and infrastructure is being restored.

    There may be intermittent availability and continuing issues as systems come back on line.
