Enterprise Technology & Services recommends that students, faculty and staff using Mac devices DO NOT upgrade to the latest Mac OS, Big Sur, as it is not compatible with Pulse Secure VPN.
Apple released Big Sur Nov. 12, 2020. Because it does not support Pulse Secure VPN, users who upgrade may have difficulty remotely accessing many academic and administrative applications, including those listed here: https://td.unh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=188
We will provide additional information after Pulse Secure has released a fix.
During the scheduled Go.Granite email and MS Teams migration on Monday, February 22, 2021, these systems will be offline and unavailable to students and faculty starting at 8:00 a.m. It is anticipated that the work will be completed in 6 hours. However, it is possible that it will take longer. An announcement will be posted in Moodle when the migration is complete.
On Monday, February 22, customers at Granite State College and the University of New Hampshire (all locations) will see a new login page when prompted to login to Microsoft 365. This new page includes branding for each of the University System of New Hampshire institutions.
You may continue to log in using your existing username and password.
