New Mac OS (Big Sur) incompatible with Pulse Secure VPN

Enterprise Technology & Services recommends that students, faculty and staff using Mac devices DO NOT upgrade to the latest Mac OS, Big Sur, as it is not compatible with Pulse Secure VPN.

Apple released Big Sur Nov. 12, 2020. Because it does not support Pulse Secure VPN, users who upgrade may have difficulty remotely accessing many academic and administrative applications, including those listed here: https://td.unh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=188

We will provide additional information after Pulse Secure has released a fix.

UNH Degree Works - 1/22-1/24

UNH Degree Works will be upgraded starting at noon on Friday, 1/22. The maintenance is expected to be completed on/by Sunday, 1/24.

Degree Works for UNH will be unavailable during the upgrade.
