New Mac OS (Big Sur) incompatible with Pulse Secure VPN

Enterprise Technology & Services recommends that students, faculty and staff using Mac devices DO NOT upgrade to the latest Mac OS, Big Sur, as it is not compatible with Pulse Secure VPN.

Apple released Big Sur Nov. 12, 2020. Because it does not support Pulse Secure VPN, users who upgrade may have difficulty remotely accessing many academic and administrative applications, including those listed here: https://td.unh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=188

We will provide additional information after Pulse Secure has released a fix.

Banner Finance/HR & WISE on Sun. 12/6

Banner Finance/HR (BPRD) and WISE Self-Service will be unavailable from 7:00AM to 12:00PM on Sunday, 12/6, for scheduled maintenance.

Password and Identity Systems on Sun. 12/13

On Sunday, 12/13, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, the following systems will be offline for system maintenance:

  • All USNH Password Self Service applications
  • CAMP & ID Lookup
  • UNH Parent Portal: no new accounts, no password or email changes Note: all other Parent Portal functionality will be unaffected
  • USNH, UNH, GSC Banner - USNH ID form validation

Banner Finance Banner Finance Login issue

We’ve received reports of people not being able to login to production Banner FHS (USNH). System administrators are investigating.

  • The Help Desk is no longer receiving reports on this issue. We consider the problem fixed.

  • We’ve restarted the application servers. Early indications suggest the problem is fixed. We’ll continue to monitor and report back shortly.

    Kronos Kronos service down

    We have just experienced a drop in service from Kronos. We are working with Kronos for resolution.

  • Kronos appears to be back up and has been stable for half an hour. We will let you know if the status changes again.

    Kronos Kronos: Intermittent performance issues

    Some users are experiencing performance and access issues with Kronos Workforce Dimensions. These issues seem to be intermittent and may or may not cause any issues for you personally. Kronos is working to resolve the issue.
